About us

FOURTSADAKIS ARCHITECTS & ENGINEERS has been an established presence in construction and building design since 1985.

The founder of the firm and its technical design office is Ioannis Fourtsadakis, a graduate of the Faculty of Architecture of the Università degli Studi di Firenze.

Today the office operates under the direction of his son, Kosmas Fourtsadakis, a graduate in Civil Structural Engineering from the T.E.I. of Crete and in Civil Engineering from Frederick University of Cyprus, with a Master's degree in Advanced Engineering and Construction from the Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya in Barcelona.

Thanks to this seamless collaboration, our office continues its long and successful course.

Since its founding, the office has focused on the design, engineering and construction of hotels, residences and other commercial buildings, as well as permits, legalizations, extensions and changes of use, on the island of Rhodes — with an emphasis on energy-efficient construction and the principles of bioclimatic design.
