FOURTSADAKIS ARCHITECTS & ENGINEERS has established its presence in the design and construction site since the year 1985.
Ioannis Fourtshadakis graduated from the Department of Architecture of Universita degli Studi di Firenze, in collaboration with his son Kosmas Fourtsakis, graduate of the Department of Civil and Structural Engineering at T.E.I. of Crete, as well as Frederick University of Cyprus in the department of Civil Engineering with Master degree in Advanced Structural and Construction Engineering continuing the long and successful path of this company.
Since its inception, the office has been mainly involved in design, planning and construction of hotels, houses and other professional buildings on the island of Rhodes as well as permits, legalizations, additions, changes of uses and more.
In recent years due to the awareness of the world, the increase in oil (in Greece with the equalisation of taxes) and due to the European directives on the reduction of gaseous pollutants, there has been the need to change the way buildings are built with the aim of energy saving for their operation (heating, cooling and hot water use, etc.). This is achieved through the principles of passive building and bioclimatic design, elements that our office has integrated into its latest studies successfully.
The services provided to the technical office are not only limited to the design and construction of buildings but are extended to a multitude of civil engineering work, such as issuing building permits and shop licensing, topographic work, arbitrariness arrangements, issuance of energy certificates and technical consultant services.
Our goal is to provide services of high standards and integrated solutions that meet the requirements of the modern era. With the experience we have ensured from the many years of presence in the field, the excellent knowledge of the subject and the constant information in the new conditions created, we are ready to meet the needs of those who trust us with respect , consistency and professionalism.
